These terms govern your use of services provided by Archipelago Systems, LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By engaging our services, you agree to these terms.

Services

We provide software development, systems integration, and operational support for small businesses. The specific scope of work is defined in individual agreements with each client.

Payment

Payment terms are specified in your service agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of receipt.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, you own the systems and code we build for you upon full payment. We retain the right to use general knowledge, techniques, and non-proprietary components in future work.

Confidentiality

We treat your business information as confidential and will not share it with third parties except as necessary to deliver our services or as required by law.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fees you paid for the services in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days written notice. You are responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
